New Here? Learn Community Basics

[ Edited ]

Welcome to the IDOL OnDemand Developer Community!

This Community is a THE place to get your questions answered as well as learn how to get the most out of the IDOL OnDemand APIs. If this is your first time here, you have come to the right place to learn how the Community works.

Let’s begin with the basic structure of the Community. The community is divided into sections, as in the screenshot below, so that you can easily choose a relevant area.

If you have questions that you’d like to ask the Community and the IDOL OnDemand Developer Evangelists, you can post them in the Board. If you want to read about the latest IDOL OnDemand happenings, check out the Blog. If it’s tips and tricks or documentation that you are looking for, take a peek at the Wiki. Got a great idea for the IDOL OnDemand team? Head over to the Ideas section and post it there. And if you’re noticing any issues, you can report them in the API Issues section.

You can just go right into any of the sections, search on a specific question or create your own post.

If you have performed a search and you aren’t finding an answer in the results list, you can make a post directly from the search page.

Before you delve deeper into this board to find more information about how the Community works, here are a few things to keep in mind.

Before you create a post, to get the quickest, most accurate response from the Community, please include the following in your post:

  • A descriptive subject, including the API you are using and a short description of the problem
